In the process of learning it is very easy to get overwhelmed by the new concept. It becomes harder when the theory is understandable but implementation is not. That means it a possibility that the concept is not clear yet. No matter how more rewinding and listening are going on if the process of implementation of that understanding is not on progress, what does it mean?

That means it needs more time to get absorbed. Rushing will never gonna help in the process of learning a new concept. While being in a cohort, not being able to be in the same flow with others is stressful, but blaming and pushing thyself to forcefully do that is not the way to get over it.

Meditate — Rethink

Take a deep breath.

Start from the beginning.

When is the point that started the bad feeling?

For that, we need to find out where is the last point we understood everything and it felt good.

After that, forgiving thyself is important. It's ok to not understanding in the first place. We can move forward only if we are forgiving ourselves.

Learning pace is different for everyone. Knowing this is easy for everyone though it might be hard to accept for those who are falling behind. Try a different path to learn, analyze a bit more, read a bit more. Write over and over again until it makes sense. Everything makes sense when enough time is given.

If something is not making any sense that means it needs more time. Taking time is the only solution in this situation.
