First of all, what did I learn in these three days? Besides the curriculum topic,

GROWTH MINDSET: POSITIVE ATTITUDE

The first day was very enthusiastic. I get to know about the benefits of a growth mindset. If I want to learn something new from the deep of the heart, I need to accept my failure doesn't matter what situation I am in. THERE IS NO SHAME ON ADMITTING FAILURE. It is only the SUCCESS in DISGUISE. Creating a better version of myself by being gentle and adaptable and being able to forget and fail again and again so that I can learn again and again.

THINKING BEFORE SPEAKING: PATIENCE

This will take some time for me to stop and think before I say anything. It is a very important skill to think if it is going to hurt somebody somehow? Controlling the mind in an overwhelmed situation is the key to obtain this quality. If this happens it is best to accept it politely and being careful for next time before saying anything. I think there is a reason that we have one mouth and two ears so that we listen more and speak less.

ASKING QUESTION IN NEED: BYE BYE SHYNESS

If I stay sitting behind not asking for help when I am stuck, I can't learn. Obviously I know a very little, close to nothing. In that case, shyness can only push me backward. I am shy to see my face on the screen, so I am doing that even more. My next shyness is to talk, ask help publicly. In these 3 days, I found out that I am preferring myself to send privet msg rather than turning on the microphone and speak up to my mentor directly. I will work on this because if I am not comfortable speaking up now within my course-mates and mentors, how am I gonna face the world!

I have a long way to walk in front of me now and I believe if I work on myself little bit more day by day I can improve and turn me into a better version of me who can speak in public without hesitation, who will be more humble more patience, more acceptable to the new idea.
